At Quality Contemporary Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
